Our inspiration and expertise
JuliaFamilyEducationAdvisor was founded on a deep understanding of the challenges that new comer families face Canadian education system. My strongest qualifications come from extensive work experience supporting K-12 students in Greater Victoria school districts and assisting post-secondary students to apply for the financial aid programs.
In addition, I supported immigrant students facing complex settlement challenges, including job application, resume preparation and post-secondary education planning , navigating schools, and accessing community resources. As a bilingual professional fluent in both English and Mandarin, I effectively assist diverse clients reducing the cross-cultural barriers from multicultural backgrounds.
